Kylie and Brian’s lives changed in January 2013 when they met at the Chubby Bullfrog in West Dundee. They didn’t know it right then, but Kylie says within the first week of dating, they both knew they never wanted to be apart.

The proposal was a complete surprise!
We were at a concert seeing one of our favorite bands – Little Green Cars – between songs, Brian got down on one knee and proposed. I was completely blown away!
When it came time to choose a venue, Kylie says The Haight wasn’t a hard choice!
Why wouldn’t I choose The Haight?! It was the only venue I looked at because I knew it was the place for us. I was a metals/jewelry major in college and The Haight is absolutely my style. It is the most beautiful venue I’ve ever seen!
The best part of the wedding day for Kylie and Brian was celebrating with their family and friends!
The advice these two have for newly engaged couples is to always work as a team in both the planning process and in your relationship.
Always put the other person first. Being married has its challenges, but how you work together to solve those challenges is what defines you as a couple. There is never a problem too big if you love each other. Laugh often—through the good times and the bad.
